Kosamkheda is a farming based village. Almost all of the people who live there do farming for a living. Most of the business in the village is the product of raw food, vegetables, fruits, oil-seed, and milk products (milk, khowa, butter and buttermilk.)
Location
Kosamkheda (कोसमखेड़ा) is a village in Kareli Tehsil , located in the Narsinghpur District of Madhya Pradesh State, India. It is part of Jabalpur Division.
Kosamkheda is situated near Satpura mountain, which is 10 km away. Kosamkheda's sun rise time varies 13 minutes from IST.
Climate
In the village climate is very pleasent except in summers. Except South West Mansoon rest of the year waves moves slowly. Usual minimum temperature rests around 25-26 degree Celcius and maximum temperature rises upto 45-46 degree Celcius. May is the hottest month of the year. It is very excessive hot during summer and in the end of this season dustful storms come. When Mansoon reaches mercury goes very down. District’s 90% rainfall observed in mansoon months only i.e. June to September. An average rainfall is of 60 days and measuring approximately 40 Inches. During December-January it is very cold and average temperature during day time is around 9 degree Celcius. Sometimes cold waves also occurs and heavy fog also observed.
